How activity data is handled

The session-only player does not create a student account or save learning history. Your current activity, responses, feedback, and tutoring conversation are held temporarily in this browser. Refresh recovery uses this tab’s session storage, with a two-hour inactivity limit. Activity access ends within eight hours or at the next midnight in America/New_York, whichever comes first.

Starting a new activity, choosing Finish and clear, or opening an expired activity clears the checkpoint. A browser may restore closed tabs; closing a tab is not a promise of secure erasure. Expired browser storage is cleared when the player next runs.

AI feedback

AI features process relevant instructional input through Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini). Text filtering reduces common identifying details but does not guarantee anonymity. Avoid names, contact information, addresses, school details and student IDs. Handwriting recognition, student file uploads, and remote speech services are unavailable in this player. AI feedback may be wrong.

The application does not save student-generated lessons, answers, tutor transcripts, or misconception history on its servers. Content-free access, credit, and cost records support security and accounting. Access receipts are scheduled for removal after a short reconciliation window, normally 48 hours; teacher monthly accounting and administrative audit records have separate retention. GoDaddy hosts the websites; Google Firebase and Cloud provide the application API and operational storage. Hosting and AI services process technical identifiers and may retain provider records. Clearing your activity does not delete all provider copies. We have not verified zero provider retention for this account.

Reports

Reports are assembled locally. An optional report name stays in the browser and downloaded report; it is not sent to AI or the application server. A report is formative and does not verify student identity. Share a downloaded or printed report only through a method approved by your teacher or school.

Access and advertising

A teacher code or coupon is required. Operator approval of a teacher is distinct from school or parent authorization. Student activities and reports have no advertising SDK. Advertising is currently disabled. Public teacher resources use a separate website without application credentials or private activity state.
